It has been a while since I last posted, things have been quite hecktic around here. Well, lets make up for the lost time.
As you know I've stayed in Athletics and I seem to be a lot stronger. So thats all Hunky Dory.
I attempted to join a club today... it wasn't what I expected. The Poster said "Anime Club" Well, since I sorta kinda like Anime, I decided I'd check it out. Just for future reference, I was expecting more along the lines of Hyao Miazaki's stuff like Kiki's Delivery Service or Spirited Away. I was wrong. (Also for future reference, I never watch the shows that are mentioned in the next few sentences.) I went into the designated classroom and waited for everyone else. When everyone was there they turned on Naruto and thats when everything went downhill. After the episode I'm sitting in my seat, jaw hanging open like, Really. or What the Heck?!? or maybe both. Lets just leave it at that. I'm not going to another meeting. Ever.
Other than that strange experience, nothing really has happened, I've just been so caught up in homework and stuff like that that my blog was comepletely and utterly forgotten.

Today has been a weird day
Alright, you know how earlier I was so pessimistic about Athletics? well, I think today my perspective on the subject has changed. You see, the previous semester was all conditioning because my sports were the next semester. So now that I've had a taste of Track today I realized that I can't switch out of Athletics, I enjoy it too much. The adreneline rush, the victory of crossing the finnish line (which has happened twice today.) all that stuff. I guess I'm specificley made for track, I mean, both of my brothersdid track and my brother Nathan pole-vaulted 11ft! I also learned that smaller girls usually get into polevault more than the taller girls. (: So yeah, in two hours my point of view about a subject I hated was changed as I crossed the finnish line in that first 100m.

EOS!!! (End of Semester Exams)
Hello again... Lets just get straight to the point. I really don't like the EOS. My schedule is all out of wack because of it. :( Yesterday I had the Choir exam and the ELAR exam. Then today I had the Math exam and the second half of the ELAR exam. Though, throughout all of these annoying tests and stress (see description in Meet Lindsey), I am looking forward to 1 thing this week. My 4-day weekend! Friday and Monday off! Party! Party!
Random thought. Last night was Hilarious! we were working on a puzzle and my mom just all of the sudden started hiccuping, hiiiiiiiuuuuuuuckkk! this continued for a while and we were all busting our bellies. My mom was laughing too, therefore causing her hiccups to sound even more hilarious so we laughed more making her laugh more and it just turned into a hiccupy, laughy mess! :)

Back to School! :(
Wow. Thats all I have to say about today, wow. After two weeks of holiday food and fun I guess its possible to gain a few pounds because Athletics was TORTURE!!! My knees hurt the rest of the day because of it. But I mean it was kind of scary because when you're about five feet tall and are sitting on a gym floor with a grown woman glaring at you, you're bound for a major pummeling, physicly and mentaly. Here's a little look through my eyes of this morning.
I looked around the room and studied each happy face. what are you so happy about, this is Athletics, we run in this class. I disregarded the bratty thought and wondered about what heck awaited me today.
"Alright girls, groups three deep on the sideline!" my coach barked. I hurried up to find my friend Margot and end up squished close to the end of the gym behind her with no one behind me.
I looked up at the score board, 34 sec. it read. 34 seconds to do what? The coach said something about eight and the clock started. the girls at the front of the line surged forward to the other side of the gym and touched the line upon arriving and something inside me clicked, eight there and backs.
my heart sank, I always practicley die when we do these. the buzzer went off and I was next. the buzzer went off before I was done, I had seen girls who hadn't finnished doing push ups, so I did ten, turns out I only needed to do five.
So this is how my morning went, lap after lap, buzzer after buzzer. All the while I'm gasping for breath like a fish out of water (just lovely). The rest of the day was very uneventful accept for rehearsing my fight scene in Drama which I won't go into detail. (:

My Day (at school)
First of all, I'm in 7th grade, one of the hardest years of middle school. This is, well, what my day is like.
First- I wake up and get ready for the day.
Next- My brother gives me a ride to the bus stop
Then- free time! I usually go to the library during this time. I can talk to friends and do whatever.
1st period- Athletics, 47 minutes of sweat, tears and the coaches screaming at us.
2nd period- Choir, I have no complaint about this class whatsoever.
3rd period- Math, 5o% learning 50% 'Holy crap guys! Be quiet!'
4th period- Drama, I think my teacher picks favorites, I'm in the neutral zone.
5th period- History, my best class.
6th period- LUNCH!!!
7th period- ELAR (English, Language Arts, Reading)
8th period- Science, regretably my worst class
Then- the bus leaves the school.
And Then- I arrive at my stop and walk home.

Meet Lindsey
Alright, before I get into all the 'in my head stuff" I'm just going to tell you a little about me. (or a lot, it depends.)
1. don't expect any swearing or unnecissary references from me. You're not gonna get it.
2. when I say I'm really stressed out imagine a fire breathing, angry crying seriously disturbed girl.
3. I'm sort of on the short side. (lets just say I haven't broken 5 feet yet :p)
4. I'm a sucker for anything unbelievably cute.
5. my least favorite letters are T, C, and A. (more about that later)
6. I have a not so secret love for chocolate.
7. I am the epitome of a book nerd.
8. I hate, hate, hate the Science Fair
9. I've gone through 13 hamsters in the space of 2 years. (I'm not a hamster killer, more of an accidental hamster breeder.)
10. uhhh... I've run out of things to tell you, sorry!
